Participants will gain practical strategies to manage their stress in and out of the office to improve their well-being and their performance.

Learn the basics about the neuroscience of interpersonal conflict and learn how stress impacts performance, communication, behavior, and motivation. Participants will also gain strategies to self- and co-regulate and create meaningful and supportive work environments.

Learn the basics about the neuroscience of what motivates and drives us to do our best, to innovate, and to collaborate. Participants will gain practical strategies to improve motivation and maximize team engagement and performance.

Where do workshops take place? Workshops can be delivered in-person or online, according to your team's needs
How long is each workshop? Half-day workshops are typically 3 hours long, and full-day workshops are typically 6 hours long. Times can be adapted to fit each organization's needs.
How many participants can attend? Workshops are adapted for homogenous or heterogenous groups of any size and personalized for each unique context.
Does pricing change for different group sizes? The presentation fee is the same regardless of group size, but optional printed workshop materials (e.g., workbooks) will be charged separately for each participant. Please contact us for a quote specific to your needs.
